Update CODEOWNERS w/add'l approvers for Analyst Relations & Customer Reference pages

Why is this change being made?

Updating CODEOWNERS file to include more key approver options to improve our ability to keep our pages updated!

• Added @rragozzine to Industry Analyst Relations page
• Added @FionaOKeeffe and @jlparker to Customer/Customer Reference pages
