Release Post 13.1 structure check fixes

Amy Qualls requested to merge release-13-1-structure into release-13-1

Why is this change being made?

  • Removed .gitkeep files from image directory and files directory
  • Reviewing images in source/images/13_1 that are larger than 150KB: none
  • Tested pulling in master - no conflicts
  • Searched for mentions of 2019 - none
  • Spellcheck - no issues
  • YouTube link issues:
    • Paste image in Markdown in the Web IDE (refused to connect). Still troubleshooting.
    • Others are fine, per @fseifoddini
  • Edited "MR approvers are now shown in Contribution Analytics" - this must have been a late submission as I don't recognize it
  • Are columns balanced? I think so but it's difficult to tell with so many videos missing.
  • Reviewed frontmatter on source/releases/posts/2020-06-22-gitlab-13-1-released.html.md
  • Checked image license in source/releases/posts/2020-06-22-gitlab-13-1-released.html.md
  • Anchor links in top post are still empty; @cfoster3 is aware and working up a fix

Fixes identified during the structure check for the %13.1 release post.
