Make Gabriel Mazetto a BE maintainer

- I've been at GitLab for a while now (4+ years)
- 95 approved/merged since I started tracking reviews using the approval feature
- As trainee maintainer I've focused on attention to the minor details that are usually left to the maintainer to decide
- Have reviewed a wide variety of MRs, and while in some I found only minor adjustments to be made, I was able to find some fundamental mistakes that led some of them to return to planing stage as the proposed solution would either not work as intended or would cause major pain/security risk/data-loss
