Update 'next up' label capitalization

Dan Jensen requested to merge djensen-fix-capitalization-of-next-up-label into master

Why is this change being made?

There is a pre-existing label called 'Next Up' (capitalized) so Manage's label is 'next up' (lowercase). This updates Manage's handbook page with the lowercase version to help avoid confusion.
