Change yet another Reseller to Channel Partners in header

Takuya Noguchi requested to merge full-migration-from-resellers-to-channel-partners-v2 into master

Why is this change being made?

There is yet another "Reseller" representation on top of header in the Website while I intended to replace "Reseller" with "Channel Partner" in !50284 (merged) keeping some "Reseller" notations which are relevant to Sales Department untouched.

What

This replaces one in the header while !50284 (merged) did one in the footer.
