Fix Secure team assignments

Why is this change being made?

The Product Categories page is showing wrong names for team members of some Secure groups.

This MR fixes it by:

• removing EMs from engineers list
• adding dedicated BE teams for Fuzz Testing and Vulnerability Research groups
