Updates to FB, LI, and TW Calendaring, Cadence, and Volume

Why is this change being made?

This update is to the Facebook Calendaring, Cadence, and Volume section of the Social Marketing Handbook. This update provides additional insight into frequency of posts. And it also removes the section about geo targetting posts. Previously the SMM used it as a tactic to properly target field marketing events. And those types of events are now promoted through personal branded channels, not GitLab Branded channels.
