Suggest privacy-friendly Grammarly alternative: docker-ized LanguageTool
Why is this change being made?
Since privacy concerns are noted for Grammarly, I started experimenting with a local LanguageTool server.
Keeping an eye on the LittleSnitch log, it does not seem to me that any of the spell-checked content is uploaded anywhere. Suggestions are even being made when I disable my MacBook's WiFi connection.
cc @mrincon & @BarbieGitLab, because you introduced the Grammarly handbook section and the warning about it in !26832 (merged) & !8235 (merged).
