Set Quality master pipeline KPI date range to 2 years

Why is this change being made?

The embedded chart for https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/quality/performance-indicators/#gitlab-project-master-pipeline-success-rate currently goes back to 2016-05-01. This change will show the last 2 years (730 days) based on the Sisense embed API.
