Update Compliance Management maturity

Matt Gonzales (ex-GitLab) requested to merge compliance-management-maturity-update into master

Why is this change being made?

As a part of the Manage stage direction review, I'm pushing the viable maturity date for Compliance Management out to 2021-03-22 to align with the maturity epic. Obtaining viable maturity for this category will consist of bringing basic controls to the group-level, such as those found at the project-level: protected environments, default branch protection, default approvers, etc.

I will also include an update to the Compliance Management direction page itself after next week's review with Jeremy.

Approvals (from the template)

The following people need to be on the merge request so they stay informed:

  • Senior Director of Development @clefelhocz1
  • Director of Quality @meks
  • The Product Marketing Manager relevant to the stage group(s)

Changes that require approval only from the relevant Product Director include:

  • Changing a category maturity date

  • Changes to section or group member lists

  • Changes to a category vision page

  • Manage Stage Group Manager @Jeremy

  • Dev Section Product Director @ebrinkman
