Part 2: Update customer success CI/Verify Playbook and Integrate into Use Case Pages

Why is this change being made?

This is the 2nd part of a motion to 1) update the CI/Verify playbook and 2) merge content into a single page so we have a single page with a complete end-to-end playbook from value positioning, discovery, competitive analysis, success stories, adoption sequences. This will be used by internal SA and TAMs and be a useful resource for prospects and customers (though some additional changes likely needed to frame more here).

Part 1 MR: Updated the customer success playbooks !50000 (diffs)

Specific changes

  1. Add additional discovery questions (based already merged) and a link to Jenkins questions
  2. Add the adoption content (playbook steps, adoption map, documentation links, enablement and training, professional service offers)
  3. Add a link back to the CI workshop (within playbook steps)
