Update source/handbook/sales/onboarding/sales-learning-path/index.html.md

John Blevins requested to merge jblevins608-master-patch-25233 into master

Why is this change being made?

**Request**
  • Ensure every new GitLab field team member is introduced to our value drivers and a customer-centric perspective during the beginning of their functional onboarding training.
  1. Within the Welcome to GitLab Sales section, add the below content immediately following the "What is GitLab" bullet
    • "GitLab Customer Deck (Material - Video, 28 minutes)
      • GitLab customers buy GitLab for 3 primary reasons: 1) Increase Operational Efficiencies, 2) Deliver Better Products Faster, and 3) Reduce Security and Compliance Risk. Check out the GitLab Customer Deck and watch the video."
  2. Moving the "Sales Roles & Expectations" and "Customer Success Roles & Expectations" sections to go after the "DevOps Technology Landscape" and "Our Customers" sections so that we start with an outside-in perspective.
    • Further, my recommendation is to consolidate the "Sales Roles & Expectations" and "Customer Success Roles & Expectations" sections into one "Field Roles & Expectations" section and have that section go after the "Our Portfolio" section
