Updated naming conventions

Why is this change being made?

We need to keep terminated contracts per our document retention plan. However, it is beneficial to have them separate from active contracts for efficiency. Adding an Omega sign (last letter of Greek alphabet) moves them to the bottom of the list and is an easily scannable way to see what contracts are active or terminated.
