Add list of examples to dependency firewall direction page

Why is this change being made?

The use cases on the Dependency Firewall direction page did not include any examples of activity that our users would want to create policies around. This MR adds that list based on a conversation happening in HN. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=22885038
