Jacob Vosmaer: step down as GDK maintainer

Why is this change being made?

This removes GitLab Development Kit from the list of projects listed under my team page entry. It formalizes me stepping down as GDK maintainer.

Considering how little time I spend on GDK these days it makes no sense for me to be a maintainer. I am happy to leave the project in the hands of @leipert and his team.

How will this merge request impact page speed?

I have not looked but if anything changes I expect the page to be faster, not slower.
