Add David O Regan as a merge request coach
Why is this change being made?
I would like to volunteer to be a Merge request coach.
Why you want to become a Merge Request Coach?
I want to become a merge request coach for two reasons:
- I would like to help community members contribute smoothly to the GitLab code base.
- I would like to use it as a personal learning tool to know more about GitLab and practice for hopefully becoming a maintainer one day.
How much time you are planning to spend on it?
As much time as possible!
Which duties you are focusing on (e.g. triage, finish stale MRs)?
I would be happy to focus on any and all of the duties of a MR coach
