DevOps Tools Landscape - Provide feedback module
Why is this change being made?
This change is part of the greater effort to overhaul the DevOps Tools Landscape page.
This MR tackels the new method in which users can provide feedback on the page. We have removed the "Disques" comment module and replaced with link to direct users to provide feedback via an issue GitLab.
