Fix Install Page Distro Order

Why is this change being made?

This change fixes the order of the Install Distributions on the install page. There was an outdated variable that was making the "Raspberry Pi" show first, although Raspberry Pi is the least likely install scenario.

This was brought up by @sytses in the UX Conversation of April 2nd, 2020.
