Updating stage and group tags for Verify groups

This change cleans up the category details for groups in the CI stage on the categories page (https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/)

@erushton @rickywiens @dcipoletti please take a look and let me know if I mixed anything up.

@jhampton @csouthard @nicolewilliams you make want to make a similar change for your groups.
