Expenses: clarify coworking day passes

Why is this change being made?

Following up on a Slack discussion. The question was raised whether (and to what extent) coworking day passes or hourly packages can be expensed, since the existing rules around this weren't really clear (they appeared to only cover recurring subscriptions/memberships).
