Update with new folder structure and link to scoring page

Why is this change being made?

Update Folder structure in Marketo so that we are more in line with Marketo best practices, which makes navigation and onboarding for users simpler. It will also reduce the number of clicks users will need to do in order to get to the right folder for program creation and updates.
