Add a note about locally running orchestrated QA tests

Why is this change being made?

I was attempting to run an orchestrated QA test locally, and wasn't able to because an option must be passed to include tests marked as :orchestrated. I ended up chatting with @zeffmorgan who knew about this requirement.

Adding this bullet point should be helpful for anyone else who attempts to run a QA spec and sees:

Run options: exclude {:orchestrated=>true}

All examples were filtered out
