Resolve "Add missing documentation entries to categories.yml"

Before we can merge the linting CI job for categories.yml, we need to add the missing category documentation that are currently causing it to fail:

ERROR: categories.yml had 3 bad categories with invalid links:
1. Bad Category: 'Compliance Management' at 'minimal' maturity with no documentation link.
2. Bad Category: 'Code Analytics' at 'minimal' maturity with no documentation link.
3. Bad Category: 'Helm Chart Registry' at 'minimal' maturity with no documentation link.

This MR currently just copies the strategy URLs to the documentation entries to get it to pass. If this is acceptable, can merge it that way and open follow up issues against the appropriate groups.
