Add linking Slack threads to Support ticket workflow
Why is this change being made?
To ensure Support keeps all relevant discussion, work, and context for Support tickets available and discoverable in one place. ZenDesk ticket is often source of truth.
Proposal:
MVC: Add workflow point saying to link to relevant discussions in internal notes
By tracking all work on a support, we can help asynchronous "one-team" communication, boost efficiency, reduce duplicated efforts and work, and ensure that all context is discoverable.
