WIP: Update index.html.md — Subtle Suggestion to Adopt View of "Tool For Everyone" > "Developer Tool"

Josh Oakhurst requested to merge JoshOakhurst/www-gitlab-com:patch-129 into master

Semantics, could be a needed functional shift (at least where EE is concerned). Often, we humans tend to focus on the the good being sold** instead of the result of that good. **(Mostly, people buy the feeling that good gives them. So let's sell that.) Enterprise companies are buying a result: faster ship times, higher quality code, security of said code, peace of mind, and yes, developer happiness. But remember, managers/dept. heads approving bulk seats (do we call them seats? licenses?) aren't just looking for newer/better "dev tools." Rather, they too respond to macro carrots: more revenue, more profits, higher retention.

A good topic for discussion, in any case. I know, of course GitLab is a developer tool. But it's also much more than that. Perhaps some testing to see how aspirational we could push the brand while still keeping it endearing to developers as "for me."
