Remove section on Transgender Medical Services

Why is this change being made?

A former coworker who was considering applying contacted me privately to ask for clarification on our Transgender Medical Services policy, prompting me to take a look at what we actually say.

While it is good that we're upfront about it, since we don't offer specific coverage or benefit we shouldn't be publicly implying that we do by listing it as part of what makes us inclusive. What would make us inclusive would be to include "covers transgender medical services" as a priority when selecting our company's health insurance provider(s), or actually offer supplemental insurance coverage for our transgender team members (which isn't actually as expensive as you might suspect) but that is a different issue.

The person who reached out to me was decidedly unimpressed with our language here, and has decided to pursue other employment opportunities.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?
