Add critical jobs to be done to Ops direction
Why is this change being made?
Based on external feedback from a recent candidate interview.
if you don't have time to read the complete feedback, the one input I have is to add an explicit section that lists "jobs to be done" that GitLab Ops Section plans to directionally address. The specificity of the job can varied -but would be great to have it. To an extent it will also highlight the pain points users are experiencing today that GitLab can help alleviate. There is something similar to this in the 3 year strategy that mentions what GitLab will do. However I didn't see what the pain points are with alternatives and therefore why GitLab has an opportunity to help.
