Adding Compliance features to features.yml

Why is this change being made?

I'm updating features.yml to catch up on adding features from previous releases. Specifically:

• Credentials Inventory
• Compliance Dashboard

Previous features from groupcompliance are already captured by existing entries and don't require additions or updates that I can tell.

The Compliance Dashboard is currently pending creation of documentation, which will enable me to update this MR before merging.
