Fix broken link

Why is this change being made?

Looking at https://about.gitlab.com/job-families/engineering/backend-engineer/#senior-backend-engineer, the link to Engineering Management track was broken since it looks like a title was changed?

This broken link might occur in more places 🤔 so can we alias the link or should we just grep and change them all?
