Removed "continue in 2019": not time-agnostic

Why is this change being made?

By referencing a time-frame or date in the future, a constant need to update this statement is needed. By changing the wording to be time-agnostic, we remove the need for constant updates as long as the statement remains true.

Example: "In the past 3 years we expanded the support team significantly, and this trend will continue in 2019." The bolded information is not time-agnostic and becomes irrelevant or incorrect after a certain date (such as now).

On the other hand: "In the past few years we expanded the support team significantly, and this trend will continue." is time-agnostic and will only require changing if the statement becomes untrue, i.e. the support team stops expanding.
