Why is this change being made?

Adds glm_ parameters to SAAS trials

This will give us a away to know the internal source for each trial

Issue gitlab-org/gitlab#119083 (closed)

glm_source & glm_content are similar to their utm_ counterparts, which we can't use in-app not to confuse marketing tools.
