Removed the SFDC<>ZD bulk sync process as this process is not used anymore after new SFDC>ZD integration.

Why is this change being made?

As the legacy Salesforce and Zendesk Sync app is removed and new integration package is introduced, the manual bulk sync process is obsolete.
