Audit Reports and Compliance Frameworks maturity

Why is this change being made?

Adding available dates to the Audit Reports and Compliance Frameworks categories in support of adding these categories to the main marketing site.

Audit Reports is scheduled to be available on 2020-04-22 with the introduction of gitlab-org/gitlab#1449 (closed).

Compliance Frameworks is scheduled to be available on 2020-03-22 with the introduction of gitlab-org/gitlab#118671 (closed).

I believe these issues make their respective categories minimal maturity.
