Simple broken image fixes

Why is this change being made?

These are fixes to broken image links in the handbook. Only the most obvious fixes are included in order to make the MR easy to accept. The links are being fixed to improve the user experience of reading the handbook.

The fixes were created using LinkLinter and friends, a WIP project I've started in order to get to know the handbook codebase. Also @godfat mentioned that fixing dead links might be helpful.

Note that some of the fixed pages are in an includes directory and may be included in other pages, but the fixes should still be relevant.

In order to make acceptance even easier, run the middleman app locally on this branch and use the following links to check broken links on production compared to the fixes you will have locally.
