The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Add the GitLab::API::v3 Perl client to the applications page.
There was already an existing Perl client, Net::GitLab. I've created a new one which has complete API coverage, useful documentation, and unit tests. I'm tempted to remove the other library from the applications page, but I don't want to step on someone else' feet.
