Update VP Product title to EVP Product title
Why is this change being made?
I am actively hiring for a VP of Product role who will be responsible for the product management teams that deliver our end-to-end feature set, so from Manage through to Defend. Here's a JD: https://about.gitlab.com/job-families/product/vp-of-product/ Having two VP of Product titles (with one reporting to the other) is confusing internally and externally, so by adding an "E" to Scott's title, we can signal a difference between them, and also mimic the structure that is being followed in Engineering, where EricJ will now be referred to as EVP of Engineering, since he is hiring VP roles in engineering as well. This has been provisionally approved by E-group.
As an example, I got this message recently from a potential candidate for the VP of Product role: "I was planning on submitting my resume for the VP of Product position, but I don't quite understand where it fits based on the GitLab organizational chart. Would you be able to take a few minutes to fill me in on who this position would be reporting to? I know several people on your team, and they weren't aware of the position."
