Splitting Finance KPIs into two sections
Why is this change being made?
Per discussion with @pmachle , Finance would like to have Corporate KPIs which are KPIs that are shared with our investors and Finance Efficiency KPIs that are reflective of the Finance team. This MR is to split the current list of KPIs into these two sections. There will be additional MRs done to add KPIs to the Finance Efficiency KPI index.

This MR does not remove, add, or change the essence of a KPI - but does need approvals due to this changing formatting. Last person to approve merges.
