WIP: Update category name to npm repository
Why is this change being made?
The Package Group has recently been discussing naming conventions for our stage:
Registry: a single entity, where all packages are stored, in our case registry.gitlab.com. Repository:` the project's private space where an authenticated user can upload their own packages.
As we add new package manager formats, we are consistnetly calling them the Repository. This MR seeks to update the name of our NPM integration to align with this taxonomy.
Other changes that need to be made
- Update user, admin and contributor docs to reflect this new name. gitlab-org/gitlab!21287 (closed)
- Update code to reflect the new name
