Q3 Finance OKR - ProServ Rev Rec
Chose 80% because this OKR has a large business dependency to provide consistent data input that has required hiring and tool implementation that are still underway. We now track hours in issues and epics, hired dedicated analyst in last month, and added new leadership on the ProServ team. Project status infrastructure is in place, using Gitlab. Remaining items aside from ramping new hires are process related...establish cadence and processes for consistent project tracking, provide that data (certified and cleansed) to Finance, and then Finance must consistently provide the outlook to Wilson for rev rec. Review for 606 and add to close calendar.
