Rename Defend Groups To Correct Name and Support Expandability

In preparation for FY21, Defend stage group names need to be updated. The goal of this MR is to make an atomic change allowing the names to be clearer (e.g., inline with industry terminology) as well as allow expansion of the existing groups (e.g., add new categories). The below outline the changes included in this MR:

  • "Runtime Application Security" to "Application Security"
  • "Application Infrastructure Security" to "Infrastructure Security".

The following outlines the rationale for these changes:

  • Renaming to "Application Security" allows WAF to be part of this group as WAF is not runtime security.
  • Renaming to "Infrastructure Security" allows this group to support new categories like DDoS Defense (e.g., new categories in Defend 3 year vision which will be reviewed with Engineering on 11/12/2019 and VP of Product Strategy on 11/14/2019).
