Update index.html.md

Adding a section for keyboards and adding an initial recommendation under the spending company money - examples. I find myself needing a new keyboard and mouse and did not see any examples of good keyboards/mice in the examples section. I'm starting a new section for keyboards as that will be one of my next purchases.
