Update values

Hi,

In order to be consistent with the recent changes to the company strategy, and to make sure this page doesn't lead employees and customers to think you still have the values you recently cast off, I thought I'd update the language a little bit.

Your decision to take on any customer, regardless of what they are in the business of doing, was of course incompatible with some of the language here, such as:

• "Helping others is a priority" (as you are aware, some companies are in the business of hurting others)
• "Kindness"
• "focus on action" (only when it's not "time consuming", eh?)
• "freedom" (since you want to bar your employees to discuss politics and customers, this one just seems to be in the way)
• "foster an environment where everyone can thrive" (but not people being hurt by your customers, you think they should be happy to work for a company such as ICE, deporting their friends or families)
• "See Something, Say Something" (unless it's "political", in which case it's "distracting" and we can't have that)
• "Anyone and anything can be questioned" (obviously this had to be removed completely)
• "Say why, not just what" (I had to add an exception to justify why "potentially distracting" is an acceptable reason to do harm)
