Add Univention Corporate Server to "Download community contributed packages"

GitLab Enterprise can easily be installed on Univention Corporate (UCS), an enterprise Linux distribution derived from Debian GNU/Linux, with focus on infrastructure and identity management. Installation is done via Univention App Center, a marketplace like tool on UCS, and uses GitLab's official Docker image. After installation the software is already configured to use the LDAP directory server for user identity management.

With this merge request I'd like to add UCS to the GitLab download page. It fits better in here than on the partner page.
