add redirect for sales onboarding

The onboarding section for sales was created in the incorrect place and needed to be moved within the appropriate handbook section. Creating a redirect incase there are lingering links that are still directed to the incorrect URL.

This MR !30480 (merged) is moving the page/section to the handbook area.
