Update pricing page self managed trial link

Problem to solve

If a user is interested in a Self-Managed Free Trial and they are browsing the Pricing Page we currently take them to the Trial Page that has information on both SaaS Gitlab.com and Self-Managed. This extra step is not needed.

Proposal

We should link Free Trial button on this page https://about.gitlab.com/pricing/#self-managed to the newly created Self-Managed lead capture form on this page https://about.gitlab.com/free-trial/self-managed/
