@gitlab-org/delivery @mayra-cabrera @nolith Please submit your candidates for FY20Q3 OKRs.

It is ok to propose a KR from previous quarter if you feel that it is necessary. If you propose the same KR, please add the reasoning on why we should consider it again.

Deadline for proposals is EOD 2019-07-25
