Clarify hiring terms in China

Miguel Rincon requested to merge mrincon/www-gitlab-com:clarify-china-hiring-restriction into master

Currently, CIIC, Gitlab's partner for hiring in China cannot hire foreigners in China, this MR clarifies this.

The wording Mainland China excludes candidates from Hong Kong and Macau.

Note: Possibly, the benefits section is not the best, but potential candidates will probably find this when thinking of applying from China.
