Fixes small grammar/spelling mistakes in culture page

Just a few grammar mistakes I noticed.

In my day-to-day life I correct papers a lot for my friends. haha.

I came from being a GitHub user for a long time. My workplace uses GitLab for our version control. GitLab's great!! I love the openness, and the internal culture's amazing :)
