Adds a pointer to GitLab CE repo on Contribute to GitLab page

CDuv requested to merge CDuv/www-gitlab-com:adds_pointer_to_gitlab_ce_repo into master

The "Contribute to GitLab" page propose to "Fork the GitLab CE project" but no URL to the said project is given.

This MR aims to help newcomers by adding a an useful pointer to the GitLab CE repository (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/).
