Fix: Malformed HTML table cell for Leads in devops-tools

There was a malformed HTML table data cell for Leads cell. It is fixed with the necessary class mentioned for the same on top of the page.

The issue was identified in Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) vs. GitLab page of the website.

The fix has been identified and applied for the following files:

  1. source > devops-tools > azure_devops > index.html.md
  2. source > devops-tools > azure_devops > azure-devops-overview > index.html.md
